They are not required to have a visa if they are travelling on official business, but they must carry documentation that proves their purpose for visiting Turkey and proof that they have enough funds available to cover their stay.

If you are a Bermudian citizen, your visa requirements for Turkey are the same as those for most other countries. If you are a Dominica citizen, your visa requirements for Turkey are different.
