Who Needs an Indian Visa?
Latvian citizens and Malaysian citizens traveling to India for a period of 90 days or less do not need a visa for travel. However, if you are traveling to India for more than 90 days, you will need to apply for an Indian Visa at the nearest Indian Embassy or Consulate.
If you are traveling on a business trip, your company can usually provide you with an Indian Visa. However, if you are traveling as a tourist, you will need to apply for a visa in person.
